Bronwyn Kelly (Director)
Approved Case Manager and Care Needs Assessor
Bronwyn is a highly experienced, registered occupational therapist based in Sydney with extensive experience in the provision of community based occupational therapy and case management services to adults with complex injuries including acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, burns, amputations and dust disease.
Bronwyn is skilled in the provision of community based rehabilitation, functional assessments, care needs assessments, driving assessments, independent daily living skills retraining, community reintegration, equipment and home modification prescription and medico-legal assessments. Bronwyn is an approved care needs assessor, FIM accredited and has experience working within a range of settings and schemes in NSW including icare Lifetime Care and Worker’s Care, My Aged Care and NDIS.
Based in Sydney’s inner west, Bronwyn offers services throughout Sydney and surrounds.
Kelly Strong
Approved Case Manager
Kelly is a highly experienced specialist disability Social Worker with over 20 years of expertise in providing holistic rehabilitation support for clients with acquired brain and spinal cord injuries . Kelly is highly sought after for her skills in managing clients with highly complex needs, multidisciplinary collaboration, and providing effective and evidence-based interventions to clients.
Kelly is skilled in assessing complex needs and developing tailored treatment plans with extensive knowledge of the disability and rehabilitiation sector. Kelly finds and applies creative and nuanced solutions to complex issues working with a wide network of professional service providers.
Kelly specialises in young adults with complex needs requiring diverse social supports in Sydney and rural/regional NSW.
Elizabeth Mitchell
Approved Case Manager
Liz is a senior neurophysiotherapist experienced in a variety of acute, rehabilitation and community settings. Liz has specialised in traumatic brain injury rehabilitation since January 2007 working as a physiotherapist level 3 and rehabilitation coordinator in an interdisciplinary brain injury rehabilitation team in regional NSW.
Liz has an excellent understanding of the medical and psychological complexities arising from acquired brain and spinal cord injuries and uses this understanding and her skills to provide comprehensive case management services. Liz is passionate about supporting, motivating and engaging people with compromised self-efficacy focusing on enhanced independence. Liz has a rural background and an understanding of the unique challenges to patients outside metropolitan areas,. regularly travelling between Sydney, Wodonga and the Mid North Coast region of NSW.
Tina Voukenas
Approved Case Manager
Tina is a Registered Nurse with experience in brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputations and other medical conditions. Working with patients and participants in the community she has a focus on person-centred care, achieving positive outcomes and fostering independence in achieving goals.
Tina has a thorough understanding of the medical and psychological complexities people experience in a hospital setting as well as post discharge in the community. In addition Tina has extensive knowledge and first hand experience in the legislative framework that underpins the icare Lifetime Care and icare Workers Care schemes.
Tina brings a warm and compassionate approach to her interactions with participants, families and workers and is fluent in Greek. She services areas in Inner West, Outer Sydney, South West Sydney and the Illawarra.
Ben Kelly
Business Manager
Ben has many years experience as a registered nurse in a range of roles including mental health nurse, counselor/psychotherapist as well as quality assurance manager in both the private and public health system. He has utilised his skills in various accreditation systems and health background to inform the creation and management of several business ventures. His role with Alpha Case Management is in assuring business development, risk management, accountability and credentialling as well as team support and liaison.
